Hey, there was someone selling hamabouts there...
I had it easy there. All the stuff I wanted (antenna analyzer, coax connectors, TH-D72A) was new stuff that vendors had.
And now, 'tis time to see if we can concoct a 6M antenna before June V/U arrives.

I'll be there with the VT group at KOA. I have no clue what frequency we'll be using... although I'll have APRS on in the pickup.

Oh, I should add that if the FCC lowers the VE requirements from three to two, myself and another WD1CKS member plan to hold a public exam session that weekend. Well, this year, the crap was moved to the sinks of the men's restroom. Yuck. Other than that, it turned out rather well. I got a couple fender mounts and one of my fellow VT alumni got a transverter setup.
