I just found out this morning that I'll be in attendance. Anyone from Dallas heading down?

146.695, 67.0/293 NAC so far as I know. Me and the dude riding up with me may be running P25 or off on another frequency but I'll be listening in analog regardless.

No dice here. Have fun. See you at Hamcom.

How did it go? Anything purchased that was worth the drive?

You picked a bad month to stay home.. this was probably the best Belton I've been to in the last five years, and the only one in recent memory where I had to budget myself because there was too much worth buying.

I came home with:
OEM Moto programming cables for Jedi & Genesis portables ($25 apiece)
Moto RTX4005B test box ($10)
HAF4018A Moto-branded PCTEL Maxrad 700/800 transit antenna ($20) (MAXSCAN1000 scanner antenna wouldn't receive the Austin/Travis P25 system for shit, but this would)
Diamond 2/70/V/U/8 ducky antenna ($25)
NMN6217B Astro Saber speaker mic ($15)
Decibel DB304 4-bay VHF antenna ($75) (no, it didn't ride home hanging out the window XD)

I'm kicking myself for not also picking up a Decibel DB208 from the same guy that had the other one, and an actual GE TQ-3370 programming interface. Larry was sharing table space with a guy that had a bunch of Systems Sabers I probably would've picked up too if they had been tagged.
