Once again there will be a hamfest located at Waverly Beach in Menasha WI (just a couple minutes south of Appleton)
Date: November 5th 2006
Setup starts at 6am
General Admission starts at 8am
Tickets cost $5 in advance or $6 at the door
Tables cost $10 in advance or $14 at the door (if available)
Extra raffle tickets cost $2 each or 3 for $5
We have three great radios to raffle off this year
1st: Yaesu FT-7800r
2nd: Icom IC-V8000
3rd: Yaesu VX-170

Some of you best come to this hamfest. It's normally a pretty decent one and we've been putting out fliers at a lot of the hamfests in the state and we sent out just over 1800 fliers in the mail so the turnout should be pretty decent.
I did have the hamfest chairman send out a few fliers to a couple of you that live in WI or northern IL.
If anyone is planning on going let me know. If you'd like to come up the night before but need a place to stay I can probably fit a few of you guys at my place.

Coming up from Chicago all the way up here is a long drive and I personally wouldn't want to do it.
We have quite a few tables sold already so it should be pretty decent.
Biggest downfall is the people who own the building we are renting decided that they would cancel our reservation on Saturday so we can't setup that day. Hopefully they will open the place up early tomorrow for us otherwise we will have major issues getting a couple of the vendors setup.
