Shuttle Audio

Postby wb4bsd » Wed Jul 05, 2006 3:37 am

For those of you that don't know already, you can listen to shuttle audio on IRLP reflector #9356.

There is talk of adding another reflector to balance the load during peak times.

Its pretty interesting.

Enjoy!

No fewer than 3 repeaters around me are carrying it, plus the JSC broadcast on 171.15 (which is probably where your IRLP feed is coming from). If you're in to shuttle monitoring, my side of town is the place to be.
And the sign says you got to have a membership card to get inside.

I think i am the only person in my little town thats listening to the audio.

When i can, i plan on putting my antenna up a little higher so more people can access my little IRLP node.

and when i get the big bucks, i am just gonna put up a repeater that will have IRLP access....

Does anyone have good contacts with NASA who can get access to non-delayed shuttle audio?

Goddard ARC is non delayed, straight from the relay/monitor station at Goddard.

I will always place the mission first.
I will never accept defeat.
