Friday is best for dinner but I could burn a few hours if everyone else wants Saturday night.

I'm off both jobs Friday nights so I will be there. Not sure f the ife will come along. If not, I can hang out ALL DAMN NIGHT !!!!!!!!!

I don't have to be at work until 8:30pm Saturday night

I may have a class on that saturday. Extrication day for EMT school is either the first or second saturday of June.

I'll carve that friday out of everything else.

Good to see they finally caved in to the rabble and allowed tailgating again. HamCom without the parking lot might as well have been Belton (where all the tailgaters ended up going anyway.)

And speaking of the other Texas 'fest, I will be attending that one as well and will have a flea market space. Come buy all my old repeater crap!

I'm guessing turnout is going to be a little light this year, seeing as how several of the hotels still have rooms and there are still table spaces available.

The wife and I are going on a day vacation the week after (no kids ) so I can afford dinner but probably not much at the fest.

I assume Bone Daddys in Richardson. Probably 8pm official but many of us show up early.

What is it guys? 7pm or 8pm for an official start time.

What a logistical clusterfuck. At one point a HamCom staffer came up to me in the mud pit... er, tailgate lot and asked me who was assigning spots because she herself did not know. And by the time I left they were offering free spots in the garage because the field was impossible to get in or out of. The sooner they move back to Plano the better. Oh well, still sold all of my high-dollar stuff.
