Swap meets

I've been cornered into organizing this years club swap meet. I've only been to a couple of them myself so I'm looking for ideas to make this a really fun swap meet. Any suggestions will be happily entertained.

defiend space sizes

tickets to define the size

radio or radio related only-no fucking lamps and quilts

bathrooms of some sort

food - reasonably priced, even if it's soda froma cooler it's something.

Radio testing area with:

50 amp ps
100 watt or better dummy load
frequency counter
general coverage receiver
wattmeter

I like the radio testing area idea. We're going to use the county fair grounds. I have an in there.

Yeah, it's important.

Be sure to have the right adaptor cables too.

I hate people that try to sell broken shit at hamfest and lie that it works fine.

Yeah, you may want to put the kibosh to 10/11m amps and the like. And prohibit software from you know who :beltfed:

Heck yeh! have powerpole, molex, and just a jumper panel.
