I'll be there, 100%. I should have an XTS as well, so I'll be on P25, if you guys want to go digital.
Should I get a room for Saturday? I'm thinking we should all go out and get plastered after...

Richard do you have a DES-XL module? If so see if you can get N3JFW to load the key we are using -- contact CODE3 for it.

This XTS won't have a DES-XL key for it... I'm on the hunt for one.
Ah well.

I'll be there but I don't do 2 meters. I'll be the one in the white Chevy pickemup hawking a bunch of boatanchors and capassitors.
Give a holler if you see me.

Actually, new manufacture capassitors at almost giveway prices.
I did well. Sold the HQ-145, the Harvey Wallbanger HF xmitter, a Swan 6 meter sideband rig and a buncha small crap. Unfortunately I couldn't find a thing to spend my money on except a HP 8901A mudulation monitor manual.

Didn't spot too much in the way of whacktackular behavior. One of the CAP guys running parking detail had a yellow light on the dash of his Durango.
<----- imagine this is all yellow
It was a real fast blinker, kind of distracting really. He had a Maryland ham license plate too, so he was either a ham or he was driving one of the BARC guy's vehicles. Anyway, safe to say if you're handling parking duties at a hamfest, you DO NOT need to be running any kind of lights. Only point in his favor is, it was on private property and not out on a state road.

The CAP teenagers tried to stop me as I drove in to give me "directions". As if I couldn't see the gate 100 feet ahead of me.... drove right by them and they got kinda pissed
