I figured I could buy two radios for less than $60. The 440 HT picks up DPD/DFD great when out in the ghetto (Terrell TX) and the dual bander is light enough to not be noticed, plus I used the FM RXer to listen to the Charlotte race last year when our regular FM radio can't get a good signal.

I'm honestly impressed with the receiver on both, and they work well enough for the crap I do.

Wideband, full encode & decode. 10W GR1225 and a RTCM connected back to the mothership through a Cradlepoint and Verizon, so Obama and Holder are listening in.

Will be monitoring in mixed mode (NAC 293), plus NT5NT, BW1, 146.52, and Green (151.88) in analog and P25. If anyone wants to play on 10-meter FM I'll also be on 29.58 with 192.8.

Confirmed my boss will be at dinner tonight with his kindergarten-age son, so the ribald debauchery may have to be dialed back to PG-13 levels. So far the list I have is:
